Payment

A $125 non-refundable deposit is required to secure a time slot for all lessons, and is applied towards the total cost. You have the option of paying in full when signing up, or you can pay the deposit which covers the final week, and then pay $125 by Friday each week of the session.

We also accept donations to our scholarship program - we want to make our classes available to all children and if you would like to help offset the cost for a family in need, you can contribute any amount towards the cost of lessons for another student. You can name a specific student, or make the donation available to any child that is awarded the Little Otters Scholarship.

Scholarships will be provided as funding is available. Contact us if you want more information on the scholarship application process.

Registration

All children entering Little Otters lessons must have a completed registration form on file. We collect some health history information about each student to ensure we are providing a safe learning experience tailored to each individual child. You will receive an email with the registration link, but in case you lose track of the link, we also provide it here :)

Attendance

Children are expected to show up for all of their lessons. We ask that you do not plan long vacations or other activities during the session that would cause the child to miss a substantial number of days. Absences must be reported in advance to the instructor. We hold space for one week after lessons are planned to end to allow for make-up days.

We can't wait to transform your little otter into an aquatic problem solver!
